West London's Jemimah Paine Takes You on a Journey with 'Head & Heart'

Introducing the multi-talented Jemimah Paine, a classically-trained singer, songwriter, singing teacher, and worship leader hailing from West London. Originally from Guernsey Island, Jemimah has been singing since the young age of 7 and has been teaching singing for the past 7 years. Her latest single, "Head & Heart," is the first of four new songs that make up her upcoming EP "Colour," set to release in May.

According to Jemimah, this contemporary pop song is all about the journey from knowing Jesus in the head to having a relationship with Him in the heart. She wants her music to inspire others to make this journey and hopes that the song's honest reflection will resonate with many listeners. Written in collaboration with producer Féz and songwriter Joe Baxter, the song was written in just a few hours and has an energetic and upbeat mood with a catchy chorus.

Jemimah moved to London in 2014 to study Theology, Music & Worship at the London School of Theology and has since been performing as a guest soloist in concerts in Guernsey, London, and Amsterdam. She leads worship at her local church in Hammersmith and has been leading worship at the Lifestream Europe conference in Belgium for the past 4 years.

In January 2020, Jemimah released her debut EP "Anthems" and during the lockdown of 2020, she was involved in several music collaborations and co-writing projects. This led to the release of her second EP "Friend" in August 2021, featuring exciting collaborations with J. Vessel, Matias Ruiz, and Tania Ilyashova. Her new 4-track EP, recorded in June with Joe Baxter and Féz, will be released over the coming months.

Jemimah's music has been played on BBC Guernsey & Jersey, UCB 1 and 2, and Connect Radio in the UK. She has also been involved in events and performances with big names like Graham Kendrick, James Bourne, David Gest, and the National TV awards.
