One of the recent graduate of Cape Coast Technical University, Chrislil isn`t slowing down musically. The Ghanaian gospel artist whose stage name means "little Christ" has just released a hip-hop single called "Fire."
For this passionate CHH singer with an eye for soul-winning, it’s not just about entertainment. Instead, "it`s about the Holy Spirit impacting lives through my songs," said Chrislil.
During an earlier Twitter chat, he shared the inspiration behind "Fire". "I wrote the song in a state where one feels like, yeah this is the end. I can’t go anymore. I was tired.
"Like someone growing weary and losing hope, suddenly, you hear the still and soft voice of the Holy Spirit speak to your inner spirit. Young man, don`t give up. Get up. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you." That was how "Fire" came about as a song, he highlighted.
Chrislil`s latest song has been made available on SoundCloud, but you can listen to it right here, right now.
