Her response was a follow-up to GiveBlood NHS`s message,
For those of you who may not know, Sponsorship Awards celebrate "the very best sponsorships, partnerships and brand activations across all markets and sectors, and this year`s Gala dinner held at The London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, two days ago.
At this year`s event, many awards were handed out but the "Charity & Corporate Community Engagement" category boasts a wealth of quality teams, Helping Movember Regain Its Mojo, QTS Youth Athlete Programme, The Morgan Stanley Garden at The Chelsea Flower Show and its eventual winner, NHS BT & the MOBO Awards B-Positive Campaign.
Not long ago, in November 2017, there was an official announcement, "MOBO Awards & NHS Blood and Transplant (NHS BT) are working together for the second year running to celebrate how blood donors make a difference every day; saving people whose lives depend on blood.
Together we have created the B Positive Choir which brings together people who live with sickle cell, their helpers, friends and families."
Fast forward to 2018, that partnership with its campaign effort yielded the result of "having an amazing impact on the Black community’s attitude towards blood transfusion."
According to report, "the NHS Blood website saw a 252% increase in site traffic in just two weeks following the campaign live date. NHS Blood’s post from the MOBO’s red carpet received over 1 million views, being liked and re-posted by the likes of Drake and Stormzy."
So congratulations to NHS BT & the MOBO Awards B-Positive Campaign, it was well deserved.
